This agreement regulates the procedure for registered or wishing to register users on the
"Billionaire" website
(hereinafter referred to as the Site & Site), obtaining access to the services of the service, the procedure registration on the site, payment for selected services, regulates privacy and intellectual property rights.
By registering on the site, a person (of legal age) hereinafter
(Member & User) fully accepts the terms of this Agreement and
FAQ without any reservations in the form in which it is stated on the site

2 - Terms and definitions:

2.2: Participant - a person who has reached the age of majority and has agreed to the terms of this Agreement, in confirmation of which he has registered on the

2.3: Invitation - the process of informing a person or a group of persons about the opportunities to participate in the affiliate program of the
Billionaire platform, carried out by the current partner of the community, as a result of which registration of a new member(s).
2.4: Account balance - a conditional temporary value that determines the size and rate of profit for a period of 40 days.
2.5: Billionaire - a separate and unique name of the virtual platform where the Organizer provides services to the participant in organizing his leisure time in the manner and under the conditions set forth in (
FAQ) and this agreement.
2.6: Virtual Inventory is a conditional virtual unit for participation on the site, called "$", the place of registration and storage of which is the main account of the participant in electronic form in the format of the accounting system of the site
"Billionaire".
2.7: Main account is a participant's virtual account provided by the organizer to each participant on the site to account for virtual inventory (“$”).
2.8: Mentor - a user, on whose personal recommendation (invitation) a new participant (referral) was registered.
2.9: Participant's income is the result of well-coordinated cooperation (if all conditions are met) both on the part of the Participant and on the part of the administration of the

Rights, duties and responsibilities of the parties:
In accordance with these rules, the partner has the right to contact technical support with an appeal, suggestions and claims related to the operation of the

3. Responsibilities of users:
3.1: The user

3.2: The User
undertakes to comply with the provisions of the current legislation of the host country and the Project Rules.

3.4: The user

3.5: The user

4. Users are prohibited from:

5. Limitation of Liability:
5.1: The subject of this Agreement is the provision by the organizer to the participant of services for organizing leisure activities at the
Billionaire site in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Such services, in particular, mean the following: services for the purchase of virtual inventory ($), services for the purchase of accrual rates for the extraction of virtual inventory ($), keeping records of significant information: movements on the main account, ensuring measures for the identification and security of participants, development of software integrated into the site and external applications, information and other services necessary for organizing leisure and servicing the participant in the process of using the organizer's website.
5.2: The site as a whole, as well as any of its elements or any associated external application, are created solely for the leisure of its participants. The participant acknowledges that all activities on the virtual platform are part of his leisure time for him. The Participant agrees that, depending on the characteristics of his account, the degree of his participation on the site will be available to a different extent. The Participant acknowledges that the degree and opportunity to participate in his leisure time on the servers of the
Billionaire site are the main qualities of the service provided to him.
5.3: Billionaire does not guarantee constant and uninterrupted access (https://1billionaire.com/) in the event of technical problems and/or unforeseen circumstances, including: defective work or non-functioning of Internet providers, information servers, banking and payment systems, as well as illegal actions of third parties.
"Billionaire" will make every effort to prevent failures, but is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions in the operation of the resource, regardless of the reasons for such failures.
5.4: In case of planned load distribution, technical problems and/or unforeseen circumstances
it is possible to redirect some users from the main mirror to project mirrors located on other physical servers and with other domain names without losing user data, accrual rates and link urls with their referral ID.
5.5: The Member fully agrees that
Billionaire cannot be held liable for the Member's losses that arose in connection with the illegal actions of third parties aimed at violating the security system of electronic equipment and bases data, or due to interruptions, suspension or termination of the communication channels and networks used to interact with the participant, which are beyond
Billionaire control, as well as illegal or unreasonable actions of payment systems, as well as third parties.
5.6: The
Billionaire administration is not responsible for losses or other damages incurred by the participant due to his unqualified actions and ignorance of the rules for using the
Billionaire site or his errors in calculations income, accrual terms, choice of strategies for disseminating information about the
Billionaire site.
5.7: The Participant agrees that the use of
"Billionaire" is of his own free will and at his own risk.
"Billionaire" does not give the participant any guarantee that he will benefit or benefit from participation in the project due to his unqualified actions and ignorance of the rules for using the site. The degree of user participation in the project is determined automatically based on the activity of the participant.
5.8: In case of disputes and disagreements on the
Billionaire site, the decision of the
Billionaire administration is final, and the participant fully agrees with it. All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement or in connection with it shall be resolved through negotiations.
5.9: Billionaire and the Participant are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances (force majeure), which include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, wars , fire(s), floods, explosions, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, acts of governmental or regulatory authority, hacker attacks, absences, non-functioning or failures of power supply, Internet service providers, communication networks or other systems, networks and services. 5.10: Under no circumstances shall the administration of
"Billionaire" be liable to the participant or to any third parties for any indirect, incidental, unintentional damage, including lost profits or lost data, harm honor, dignity or business reputation, caused in connection with the use of the site, the contents of the site or other materials to which other persons have gained access due to fault, oversight or do not understand the nuances of working with the

6. Conditions and procedure for participation:

6.3: The Participant agrees that the only way to reset the user data added in the Profile is by himself when entering the PIN code.
6.4: By registering on the site, the Participant agrees to receive notifications from the site administration to the e-mail address specified during registration about important changes in the operation of
Billionaire and important changes in the functionality of the Site.
6.5: After registering on the site, the Participant gets the opportunity to participate in the project completely without any investments on the basis of the provided beginner bonuses, subject to the nuances of using these bonuses described in (
FAQ). Any additional investments in the project are solely voluntary desire of the user.
6.6: When buying a virtual account accrual rate or working with bonus funds, the Participant understands and agrees that the withdrawal of income is possible only subject to the conditions published on the page (

6.7: By purchasing a virtual account accrual rate or working with bonus funds, the Participant agrees that his main task is to spread positive feedback about the

6.8: The return of funds on the participant's deposits in case of refusal to fulfill their obligations is carried out in the amount of 50% of the amount of the participant's active deposits. Funds are returned within 14 calendar days from the date of the user's application to delete his account. The remaining 50% of the participant's active deposits are used to pay off damages in the form of forces expended by employees of the
Billionaire administration when working with his deposits.
7. Responsibility of users:
7.1: Users of
"Billionaire" are prohibited from paying, in full or in part, the cost of the site's functions for third parties by accessing other people's accounts using the logins and passwords provided to them.
7.2: Billionaire users are prohibited from directly and indirectly insulting other project participants (using literary colloquial words when insulting or rudeness of project participants).

8. Terms of intellectual property rights:

"Billionaire". All rights in these items are protected by applicable copyright law.
8.2: Except as provided by these Rules, as well as by the Current legislation, no Content may be copied (reproduced), processed, distributed, displayed in a frame, published, downloaded, transmitted , sold or otherwise used in whole or in part without the prior permission of the copyright holder, unless the copyright holder
"Billionaire" has expressly agreed to the free use of the Content by any person.
8.3: Any use of the Site or Content, other than as permitted in these Rules or in the case of the express consent of the copyright holder to such use, without the prior written permission of the copyright holder, is strictly prohibited.
9. Final provisions:
9.1: This Agreement comes into force for the user from the moment of his registration on the
Billionaire website and is valid for him constantly while he somehow interacts with the site or somehow mentions it.
9.2: Claims for incorrect wording by you - the Agreement,
